Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of preserved and fermented products, returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or do not match the product description. Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original, unopened condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order information and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Custom orders and special preparation items may not be eligible for return.
